Helado de copoazú

Ingredientes:

7 yemas 500 gr. Copoazu

100 gr. Crema

1 tz. De azucar

2 tz. De leche

Se Hierve la leche. Se mezcla el azúcar con las yemas, después agregamos la leche caliente y empezamos a cocinar a fuego medio hasta el punto de consistencia y espesor.

Enfriar. Mezclar con el copoazu (licuado) y la crema batida a punto de yogurt
