Tribunal Superior negó solicitud de suspender fallo en contra del Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá, por situación de forma y no de fondo.

Recordemos que ayer 12 de diciembre el Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá radico una acción de Tutela en el Tribunal Superior, para tratar de tumbar el fallo de la Procuradoría, quien le impuso una pena de 15 años de inhabilidad, el cual lo dejaría fuera de la vida política.
