Grupo Nutresa share grows 27.64% to $ 27,750 after resuming its trading

After the first official notice of the Public Acquisition Offer (OPA) was published this Sunday, the Grupo Nutresa share was listed again on the Colombian Stock Exchange (BVC) after an initial volatility auction. At this time, the species grows 27.64% and is trading at $ 27,750, while the Msci Colcap stock index climbs 1.78% to 1,321 points.

Additionally, Grupo Argos shares increased 2.54% to $ 11,300, while the preferential share increased 1.86% to $ 8,500. The Sura Group increases 2.15% to $ 21,900 and the preferential increases 1.69% to $ 18,610. Bancolombia remains on the rise with 1.30% to $ 30,390 and the preferential gains 1.10% to $ 30,430.

Luego de que este domingo fuese publicado el primer aviso oficial de la Oferta Pública de Adquisición (OPA), la acción del Grupo Nutresa volvió a cotizar en la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia (BVC) tras una subasta inicial de volatilidad. La especie crece a esta hora 27,64% y se cotiza a $27.750, mientras que el índice bursátil Msci Colcap se trepa 1,78% a 1.321 puntos.

Adicionalmente, la acción del Grupo Argos sube 2,54% a $11.300, mientras que la preferencial crece 1,86% a $8.500. El Grupo Sura aumenta 2,15% a $21.900 y la preferencial se trepa 1,69% a $18.610. Bancolombia se mantiene al alza con 1,30% a $30.390 y la preferencial gana 1,10% a $30.430.

Desde la la fecha en que se conoció la oferta, el índice ha descendido 4,90% a 1.298 puntos. En paralelo y teniendo en cuenta que Nutresa hace parte del Grupo Empresarial Antioqueño (GEA), conformado por compañías como Grupo Argos, Sura y Bancolombia, estas especies también han evidenciado un alto movimiento dentro del mercado de renta variable durante las últimas semanas.
